This was one of our very favorite finds on our recent road trip.  Couldn't pass it up!  A beautiful rose garland surrounds a sweet little English house and country scene.  Gold accents frame the scalloped edges of  the 7 inch in diameter plate.  Then the inscription.... I'm the Boss in this house.  A nd I have my wife's  permission to say so.  So there!
