We love this darling plate. The delicate lattice work around the edges is accented with hand painted gold details. The colorful bird and flowers in the center of the plate are hand painted as well. It measures 7 1/4 inches around and is in excellent condition. There is no artists signing on this piece but the back is stamped UCAGCO China Hand Painted Japan.
