Our Blue Whirl beater is a marvel! The actual beaters are made of stainless steel, strong and shiny. Other metal casings and gears are not stainless, so they are a bit rusted, but still very functional. The Blue Whirl has vintage green plastic handle and finger knob. Very retro.
